Preorders

Products marked “Preorder” are not ready to ship immediately. Hats are currently estimated to ship in September 2026, and pearl snaps are currently estimated to ship in October 2026. The estimate for each item is shown on its product page and during checkout. We will email you if an estimate changes materially.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email carson@swell-supply.com with your order information.

Shipping

We currently ship to United States addresses. Standard US shipping is included in the listed product price. Tracking will be emailed when your order leaves our facility. Delivery timing after shipment depends on the carrier and destination.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days after delivery if you would like to return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition. Original shipping costs, when applicable, are not refundable. Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
